Refund policy

We want every Diamond Pack piece to feel right when it arrives. If something’s off, here’s how returns work.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 21 days of delivery for unworn and unwashed items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition

  • Items must not be worn, washed, or altered

  • Items should be returned in original packaging when possible

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at returns@diamondpackbaseball.com within 14 days of delivery.

In your email, please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • The reason for the return

We’ll review your request and reply with next steps.

Return Approval & Shipping

If your return request is approved and requires shipping:

  • You’ll receive an email with return instructions and the return address

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size or fit returns

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of approval.

Return shipping fees are not refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to process after inspection

Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order once your return is processed.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives with a printing issue, damage, or incorrect product, we’ve got you covered.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

If approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Return Address & Privacy

For approved returns, return shipping instructions—including the return address—will be provided by email after your request is reviewed.
