Shipping Policy

When estimating when your Diamond Pack order will arrive, there are two things to consider: production time and shipping time.

Production Time

All Diamond Pack gear is made to order. Once you place an order, we create it specifically for you. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order ships.

Shipping Time

Shipping is handled via USPS and will typically take 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on shipping location and carrier conditions. Please note that estimates do not include weekends, holidays, customs delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
